Newcastle Breathwork & Embodiment Charity Event

Morning Mindfulness invites you to Rise & Reclaim, a special charity fundraiser event designed to help you rediscover your strength, intuition, and inner confidence through the powerful practice of breathwork and embodiment.

This is more than just a breathwork session – it’s a movement toward celebrating feminine power. Whether you are new to breathwork or experienced, this event will provide a safe, nurturing space for women of all ages to explore self-reflection and personal growth.

What to Expect at Rise & Reclaim:

  • Guided Breathwork Session:
Facilitated by Alycia Davies, founder of Morning Mindfulness and an experienced breathwork and meditation teacher, this session will guide you into complete presence with your body. Through gentle somatic practices, you’ll slowly nurture your relationship with your physical self, reconnecting through noticing, sensing, and movement.

If you often struggle with being present, or if you find yourself disassociating or using distractions to avoid feeling or existing in the now, this practice will help you rebuild trust with your body. Alycia’s intention is to guide you through this process in a compassionate, grounded way.

  • Embodiment Insights from Special Guest Jasmin:
Our guest speaker, Jasmin, a Conscious Sexuality & Embodiment Coach, will share her insights on how to reclaim your personal power and connect deeply with yourself. Jasmin will offer pathways to embodiment, helping you explore what it could look like for you and how to move away from narratives that disconnect you from feeling proud of your body.

This session is designed to help you release shame and embrace the freedom that comes from fully inhabiting your body with pride and confidence.

  • A Supportive, Empowering Community:
Join a warm, welcoming community of like-minded women who are all on a journey of reconnection and self-empowerment. Together, we’ll create a space of shared growth, healing, and support.

Support yourself and a greater cause

All proceeds from this event will be donated to We Gotchu Girl, a charity dedicated to supporting victims of sexual violence through education, empowerment, and advocacy for policy change. By attending, you’re not only embarking on your own journey of empowerment but also contributing to the healing and empowerment of others.
