Morning Mindfulness practices are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
Morning Mindfulness does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, provide counselling, nor interfere with the treatment of licensed medical or psychological professionals.
Morning Mindfulness makes no claims to heal medical or psychological conditions; any healing subsequent to Morning Mindfulness Breathwork practice is a result of self-healing. Although we are not aware of any contraindications to doing this technique, it is strongly advised that anyone with concerns of a medical nature should consult their regular practitioner.
By registering for a session, you agree that your general health is good. You, the participant/student, will not use alcohol or recreational drugs directly prior to or during the practice of any Morning Mindfulness techniques.
You, the participant, agree to hold Morning Mindfulness and their agents, as well as the teachers of Morning Mindfulness, harmless against all loss, damage, harm, injury, death, liability or expense arising out of or in connection with anything owned or controlled by Morning Mindfulness, or resulting from any acts, failure to act, or negligence of Morning Mindfulness or its agents.
We advise against practising Morning Mindfulness breathwork during pregnancy without supervision from a certified facilitator or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious physical or mental health conditions, including if you are currently taking medications that may impact your clarity of mind, physical function and emotional health, should always consult a medical professional before practising.
Morning Mindfulness breathwork can have strong physiological and emotional effects and must be practised as instructed. Always listen to the signals from your body, intuition and logic to ensure you are making choices that are personally right for you.
REFUND POLICY
Morning Mindfulness has a ‘no refund’ policy due to the tailored content of each program developed for Customers. Obviously, this is subject to Australian Consumer Law. If there are any issues with the packages or service you have been provided, please contact Morning Mindfulness via email at alycia@morningmindfulness.com.au. We would like the opportunity to work with you in relation to your issues, whatever they may be.
With the exceptions provided by Australian Consumer Law, customers may not cancel a ticket they have purchased. Morning Mindfulness has a finite capacity in relation to the services it can provide and requires payment to cover the opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.
In the event of illness certified by a medical professional, or other justifiable reason for withdrawal from a session, services may be suspended by the Customer upon request, in writing to alycia@morningmindfulness.com.au Such withdrawal is at the discretion of Morning Mindfulness. Should withdrawal be allowed, a credit will be provided towards another ticket.
Retreat Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations 0-60 days prior to start of an event will receive no refund.
Morning Mindfulness has a ‘no refund’ policy. It is in our highest intention to provide outstanding programs and content for our Customers. We believe we provide full transparency and disclosure for all events, programs, products and other offerings for purchase. In addition to this, our content is tailored specifically for each program and incurs significant expenses. Therefore, we do not grant refunds. In alignment with Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law we reserve the right to discuss extreme situations that may arise and are subject for reconsideration.
With the exceptions provided by Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law, a Customer may not cancel a ticket that they have purchased. Morning Mindfulness has a finite capacity in relation to the services that it can provide and requires payment in order to cover the opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.
Morning Mindfulness requires all participants MUST, get travel insurance to participate in retreats that require international travel. Morning Mindfulness will not be responsible for financial loss incurred due to the event of cancellations and missed transportation. In the event of illness certified by a medical professional, or other justifiable reason for withdrawal from a session, services may be covered under your travel insurance policy.

By registering for a MORNING MINDFULNESS experience, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and in a reasonable state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This means you have no history of contraindications or conditions as outlined below and consider yourself suitable to participate in MORNING MINDFULNESS experiences.
MORNING MINDFULNESS experiences have been observed to induce psychological and physiological changes in the body, including but not limited to increased blood pressure, heart rate, alterations in blood flow to the brain, and stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system. We strongly advise against practicing MORNING MINDFULNESS breathwork/cold exposure techniques or participating in MORNING MINDFULNESS experiences without approval from your medical professional and the MORNING MINDFULNESS team if you have any of the known medical contraindications. Such contraindications include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular disease/conditions, recent heart attack, high blood pressure, strokes, glaucoma or retinal detachment, recent injury or surgery, panic attacks or psychosis, seizures, epilepsy, severe mental illness, aneurysms (or family history), any condition requiring medication that may affect mental clarity, physical function, or emotional health, or any other serious physical or mental health conditions. We strongly recommend that individuals with these medical contraindications or medical concerns consult their medical professional before practicing breathwork/cold exposure at home or registering for an event. If you register for an event with written approval from your medical professional, please inform the MORNING MINDFULNESS team prior to registration so we can adjust the session accordingly for you.
As a precaution, we also advise against practicing breathwork/cold exposure at home if you are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. However, a MORNING MINDFULNESS event session can be modified for you. Therefore, if you would like to attend an event, please consult with your medical professional and inform the MORNING MINDFULNESS team prior to registration.

This includes any injury, harm, discomfort, or death that occurs during an experience provided by MORNING MINDFULNESS.

MORNING MINDFULNESS Practitioners are not trained psychologists or medical professionals. They specialise in facilitating breathwork and meditation as modalities to regulate the nervous system. When you attend any paid or free events, you understand there is a responsibility on your part to ensure you are mentally and physically healthy to attend.
MORNING MINDFULNESS head Practitioner Alycia has undergone multiple programs and has been recognised as a qualified breathwork and meditation facilitator focusing on science, physiology, the nervous system, and how to facilitate and hold the processing of stored trauma.
