What started as informal gatherings in 2021 evolved into Morning Mindfulness, a sanctuary of healing and connection for over 2000+ locals.

Since then, we've hosted local retreats, collaborated with over 30 local businesses, introduced holistic wellness programs in universities and now expanding into international retreat offerings in 2024.

Our mission is to foster community connection, elevate collective consciousness, and facilitate healing through breathwork, integrative mental health tools, meditation and mindset coaching to ensure better lives for all.

Alycia's journey mirrors the challenges many of us face in pursuing holistic well-being. Struggling with skin, gut, and ongoing medical issues in her early teens to twenties, Alycia navigated a sea of ineffective solutions offered by traditional medicine.

Her genuine commitment to finding lasting, meaningful solutions sets Alycia apart. Her relentless pursuit of a vibrant, fulfilling life led her through the maze of clean eating, fitness trends, and medical interventions.     Our core services are breathwork, meditation, mindset coaching and yoga education and classes.

  • We are a Newcastle, Australia based service business. However we are always seeking opportunities to expand and introduce our offerings in other locations, so feel free to reach out if you would like to see us in your area!

  • All weekly classes are a flat rate of $24.99, we also offer class packs that reduce this cost per class.

  • Alycia is the facilitator of all classes and has undergone in-depth training in breathwork, meditation, trauma informed teaching, somatic bodywork and much more. Alycia is a knowledge enthusiast and is always continually upskilling. You can see her credentials attached at the bottom of this page.

    Here at Morning Mindfulness we strongly believe in safety and providing educational and powerful expeliences and therefor all guest facilitators are fully qualified in ther fields.
